Section 233A.040 - Minutes of meetings

The Executive Director shall prepare minutes of each meeting of the Commission. The minutes must be sent to the commissioners when prepared, and the original preserved as a permanent record. Minutes must be distributed to the commissioners and to persons requesting them.
