Section 232.413 - "De minimis impact" defined

"De minimis impact" means an anthropogenic disturbance for which the adverse impact to the greater sage-grouse or the habitat of the greater sage-grouse has been determined by the Sagebrush Ecosystem Council to be minor or trivial.
