Section 232.120 - Application for recognition to submit list of qualified persons: Action by Director; reapplication after denial1. Within 30 days after receiving an application submitted pursuant to NAC 232.100, the Director will notify the applicant that its application has been: (a) Approved and will indicate the division or divisions for which the group has been approved to submit the names of qualified persons; or(b) Denied and will set forth the reasons for the denial.2.
