Section 232.030 - Petition for action on regulation: Review; notice of decision1. The Director may refuse to review a petition which requests the adoption, filing, amendment or repeal of a regulation if:(a) The original petition is not accompanied by one copy of the petition; or(b) The petition does not contain the information required by NAC 232.020.2. The Director may require the chief who is authorized to adopt the regulation to review the petition and issue a decision.3. The Director or the chief designated by the Director pursuant to subsection 2 will notify the petitioner in writing of his or her decision within 30 days after the petition is filed.Nev. Admin.
