A person may obtain clarification of or information concerning the requirements of this chapter or chapter 231A of NRS and any procedure for submitting applications, requests or reports to the Department or the Director pursuant to this chapter or chapter 231A of NRS by sending a written request for the clarification or information to the Director at the following address:
