Section 231.380 - Investigation of certified entity to determine compliance with agreement

At the direction of the Executive Director, the Office may conduct an investigation of a certified entity to determine whether the certified entity is creating new primary jobs in accordance with the agreement entered into by the Office and the certified entity pursuant to NAC 231.375.
