Section 231.166 - Criteria for consideration of requests for proposalsWhen reviewing proposals submitted pursuant to section 5 of this regulation for the designation of regional development authorities pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 231.053, the Executive Director may consider:
1. The overall quality of the proposal of the applicant;2. The economy of the region of this State that the applicant proposes to serve;3. Past performance of other regional development authorities in the region of this State that the applicant proposes to serve;5. Input from state and local governmental officials;6. Input from interested parties and the general public; and7. Any other criteria as determined by the Executive Director.Nev. Admin. Code § 231.166
