Section 228.655 - Division: Petitions for adoption, amendment or repeal of regulations1. Any interested person or entity may petition the Division in writing requesting the adoption, amendment or repeal of any regulation pursuant to NRS 439.258 by signed letter to the Administrator. The petition must include relevant data, views and arguments.2. Within 30 days after the submission of the petition, the Administrator will deny the petition in writing, stating its reasons, or initiate proceedings in accordance with NRS 233B.060.Nev. Admin.
