Section 228.198 - Methods and measures to evaluate outcomes of program; submission of data and information to Division to measure effectiveness of programThe Division or an independent contractor thereof may require a program to:
1. Use methods and measures prescribed by the Division to evaluate the outcomes of the program; and2. Submit to the Division or contractor thereof, as part of the annual reports required by NAC 228.115 or at any other time required by the Division or contractor thereof, any data or other information necessary to measure the effectiveness of a program, including, without limitation, social security numbers of offenders who participated in the program, information concerning outcomes for such offenders, dropout rates, reinstatement rates, treatment methods and input from staff and clients.Nev.
