Section 213.790 - Availability of information and forms

The Division will make available at its offices, on its website and by mail:

1. A written explanation of the provisions of section 16 of chapter 476, Statutes of Nevada 2005, and NAC 213.720 to 213.790, inclusive; and

2. The form for an application.
