Section 202.010 - Definitions

As used in NAC 202.010 to 202.040, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. "Concealed firearm" has the meaning ascribed to it in subsection 1 of NRS NRS 202.3653.

2. "Permit" has the meaning ascribed to it in subsection 3 of NRS NRS 202.3653.
