Section 127.225 - Initial interview of biological parentsDuring its initial interview of biological parents, a child-placing agency shall attempt to:
1. Elicit information regarding the overall situation of the parents and, if appropriate, offer to provide necessary services or refer the parents to local providers of those services.2. Determine whether the biological mother is receiving proper medical care and, if appropriate, arrange for the biological mother to obtain an appointment for that care.3. Determine whether the biological parents require financial assistance and, if appropriate, arrange for the provision of that assistance.4. Make arrangements for future meetings with the biological parents to obtain additional information and provide additional services.Nev. Admin. Code § 127.225
