Section 127.215 - Parental choice of type of adoptionA child-placing agency shall:
1. Allow biological parents and prospective adoptive parents to choose, from among the types of adoption the agency provides, the types of adoption in which they are willing to participate. The choice of a particular type of adoption must be in written form, executed by the persons making the choice and by a representative of the agency.2. Consider biological parents and prospective adoptive parents solely for the types of adoption they have chosen.3. Maintain a list of its applicants to become adoptive parents, categorized by the types of adoption they have chosen.Nev. Admin. Code § 127.215
