Section 127.490 - Eligibility for payments under federal adoption assistance program orr NRS 127.186

An agency which provides child welfare services shall, in consultation with the adoptive parents, determine whether a child with special needs is eligible for payments under the federal adoption assistance program pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 673 or NRS 127.186.
