Section 120A.015 - "Fails to report" interpreted

The Administrator interprets the phrase "fails to report," as used in NRS 120A.730, to include, without limitation, the filing of a report that is:

1. Incomplete; or

2. Does not comply with the reporting requirements of this chapter and chapter 120A of NRS.
