Section 119B.410 - Approval of promotional meeting by division1. Before a developer may conduct a promotional meeting, a statement of the nature and manner of conducting the meeting must be submitted in writing and approved by the division.2. In reviewing material submitted by an applicant pursuant to NRS 119B.260, the administrator will investigate whether the nature and manner of conducting a promotional meeting will bring about a full disclosure of all the material facts concerning the project.Nev.
