Section 119A.213 - Developer to file amended statement of record before change of project broker; fee1. A developer shall not change the project broker which coordinates the sale of time shares on behalf of the developer without first filing an amendment to the statement of record filed with the Division.2. An amendment filed with the Division pursuant to subsection 1 must be:(a) Signed by an authorized representative of the developer;(b) Submitted on a form prescribed by the Division; and(c) Accompanied by the fee specified in NRS 119A.360.Nev.
