Section 119A.065 - "Salesperson" defined

"Salesperson" means any person who is licensed under chapter 645 of NRS and is employed or engaged by a licensed real estate broker for compensation or otherwise to perform any act or transaction to which chapter 119A or 645 of NRS applies.
