Section 119A.335 - Use of maps, pictures and sketches1. An advertisement may not include a map unless it is drawn to scale and the scale is stated, or the map clearly and obviously bears the label "not to scale."2. A map, plat or other representation of a project must indicate the estimated date on which the project will be available for occupancy.3. If an advertisement contains a picture, the picture must fairly and accurately depict the existing conditions of the project being advertised for sale.4. An advertisement must not contain an artist's sketch which portrays proposed improvements or nonexistent scenes unless the sketch is accompanied by a clear statement that the portrayal is an artist's sketch and that the improvements are proposed or the scenes do not currently exist.Nev.
