Section 119.500 - Promotional meetings: Generally1. Before a developer uses promotional meetings, a statement of the nature and manner of conducting the meetings must be submitted in writing as a part of his or her written plan, and approved by the Division.2. In reviewing the materials submitted by an applicant under NRS 119.140, the Administrator will investigate whether the nature and manner of conducting promotional meetings will bring about a full disclosure of all material facts concerning the subdivision.Nev.
