A developer must notify the Division in writing of his or her election to be exempt from registration under subsection 3 of NRS 119.122 (registration not necessary in the public interest or for the protection of purchasers) for a subdivision in which parcels of less than 1 square yard are offered for sale and the sales agreement contains a waiver of notice of condemnation and waiver of right to proceeds under condemnation.
