Section 118B.440 - Proof of ownership of manufactured home

The Division will accept as proof of ownership of a manufactured home a copy of:

1. The original certificate of ownership;

2. The installment contract for the purchase of the manufactured home; or

3. The title search of the manufactured home issued by the Division.
