Section 116B.510 - Resale packages: Inclusion of information relating to certain rental management agreementsIn addition to the information required by subsection 1 of NRS NRS 116B.760, a unit's owner or the authorized agent of the unit's owner must also include with the resale package:
1. A statement informing the purchaser whether the unit to be sold is subject to any rental management agreement that is legally binding upon the purchaser after the purchase of the unit; and2. If the unit to be sold is subject to a rental management agreement that is legally binding upon the purchaser after the purchase of the unit, a copy of the rental management agreement and any amendments or modifications.Nev.
