Section 116B.160 - Adoption by reference of reporting principles and practices of financial accounting

The standards and format to be followed in preparing and presenting the financial statements of an association or a hotel unit owner must be in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and as set forth in section 972 of the Accounting Standards Codification maintained by the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
