Section 116.486 - Compliance with statutory prohibition

Nothing in NAC 116.480, 116.482 and 116.484 is to be construed as permitting a member of an executive board, an officer of an association, a community manager or an employee of the community manager to solicit or accept any form of compensation, gratuity or other remuneration in violation of the provisions of subsection 1 of NRS 116.31185.
