Section 104.180 - Acceptable form of document1. The filing officer will only accept a UCC document for filing that is on a form prescribed by the filing officer.2. The inclusion by a filer of names in an incorrect data-entry field on a form or the failure of a filer to transmit names accurately to the filing officer may cause the filing to be ineffective.3.
