Section 104.155 - Duties of filing officer ministerialThe duties and responsibilities of the filing officer with respect to the administration of the UCC are ministerial. The acceptance for filing of, or the refusal to file, a UCC document pursuant to NAC 104.100 to 104.375, inclusive, does not:
1. Constitute a determination concerning the legal sufficiency or insufficiency of the UCC document;2. Constitute a determination that a security interest in collateral exists or does not exist;3. Constitute a determination that information in the UCC document is correct or incorrect, in whole or in part; or4. Create a presumption that information in the UCC document is correct or incorrect, in whole or in part.Nev. Admin. Code § 104.155
