The Department will obtain certification from the USDVA as to the eligibility of an applicant under Neb Rev. Stat. § 80-411(2)(b). The Director will determine whether the applicant is eligible for the waiver, and if so, will forward the application to the state supported school chosen by the applicant, certifying the applicant's eligibility.
