Section 442-5-030 - Videoconferencing and Teleconferencing
030.01Videoconferencing. The Commission may conduct an informal hearing on the merits of an appeal or petition or other proceedings via videoconference.
030.01AAttendance at Videoconference Hearing. Parties, counsel and witnesses shall appear as directed in the Commission's order for hearing.
030.01BFormal Hearings. The Commission shall not conduct a formal hearing via videoconference.
030.01CObjection to Videoconference. An objection to the use of videoconferencing for conduct of a hearing must be made by motion pursuant to Chapter 5, § 015 of these rules.
030.02Teleconferencing. The Commission may conduct hearings, other than a hearing on the merits, via telephone conference. The Commission shall not conduct any hearings on the merits of an appeal or petition via telephone conference call.
030.01CObjection to Teleconference. An objection to the use of teleconferencing for conduct of a hearing must be made by motion pursuant to Chapter 5, § 015 of these rules.
