Section 442-5-013 - Pre-hearing Conference013.01 A pre-hearing conference may be required by the Commission.013.02 Resolved and unresolved issues determined as fully as possible, the identification of exhibits that may be received without objection, objections, if any, to other exhibits, a statement of all matters that may aid in the simplification of the presentation of the evidence or aid in the ultimate disposition of the appeal, and other information as may be ordered by the Commission shall be included in a report of the conference to be provided to the Commission.442 Neb.
