Section 442-4-012 - Panels of Commissioners012.01 Any proceeding commenced with a Commissioner excused is a proceeding undertaken by a panel of commissioners approved by the Commission. The Chairperson or presiding hearing officer may excuse a Commissioner from participation in a proceeding.012.02 The Chairperson may order that any proceeding be heard by a panel of Commissioners.012.03 Any Commissioner may notify the Chairperson in writing of his or her desire to serve as a hearing officer in any or all appeals or other matters heard by the Commission.442 Neb.
