Section 442-4-007 - Cross-Appeals

If an appeal of a decision, action, order or determination has been perfected to the Commission, any subsequent appeal of that decision, action, order or determination by another party will be deemed a cross appeal. An appeal deemed to be a cross-appeal is subject to all of the provisions of these rules pertaining to an appeal and must be perfected in accordance with these rules and Neb. Rev. Stat. § 77-5013.
