007.02 No writ of mandamus shall be issued unless an Order for Hearing and Notice of Hearing has been issued and an opportunity to be heard has been afforded to any party who prospectively may be directly affected by the proposed writ.007.03 The Commission may, by writ of mandamus, compel the Tax Commissioner to enforce its orders, and may charge the party which has not complied with the Commission's orders with costs borne by the Tax Commissioner or by the Property Tax Administrator prior to July 1. 2007.
