Section 272-21-015 - REAPPLICATION AFTER DENIAL OR REVOCATION015.01 A new application for a permit to carry a concealed handgun will automatically be denied if received from an individual who has previously been denied a permit or whose permit has been revoked, unless the disqualification has been remedied.
