Section 440-9-001

Service of Process for program participants shall be made on the Office of the Secretary of State, Address Confidentiality Program by mailing two copies of the service of process documents to the substitute mailing address or by service on the Address Confidentiality Program at the Office of the Secretary of State, Suite 2300, State Capitol Building, Lincoln, NE 68509.
