Section 436-1-107 - Public records services

Public records services are provided on a non-discriminatory basis to any member of the public. Copies of individual UCC records, bulk copies of records and data elements from the Filing offices UCC information management system are made available in such forms, at such times and for such fees as the Filing office may prescribe from time to time.

107.1 Online Search request procedures. Interested parties may apply for on-line access to request searches by contacting the Filing office's e-filing provider. The provider will establish account number(s) and password(s). Searching guidelines are available on the Filing office's website.
