Section 433-8-017 - CHANGE OF ONLINE NOTARY INFORMATION OR REGISTRATION STATUS017.01 In addition to complying with the notification requirements to changes to the Notary Public's information required by 433 NAC 6 005. an online notary public must also notify the Secretary in writing within forty-five (45) days after any changing Online Notary Systems or Approved Online Notary Solution Providers. 017.01(A) The new Approved Online Notary Solution Provider must submit an exemplary of the new online notary public's electronic signature and the online notary seal to the Secretary for the online notary public.017.02 Failure to timely update this information may subject the online notary public to having his or her registration removed.
