Section 433-7-003 - APPLICATION003.01 To qualify for registration as an electronic notary public. an Applicant shall: 003.01(A) Provide all information required for registration pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 64-304;003.01(B) Hold a valid Nebraska Notary Public commission;003.01(C) Certify that he or she continues to meet the qualifications of a Notary Public:003.01(D) Take the required course of instruction and pass the examination as required pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 64-305;003.01(E) Pay the required registration fee: and,003.01(F) Provide any other information requested by the Secretary to prove the qualifications of the Applicant. Citation: Neb.
