Until such time as a signature is placed upon a NEBRASKA PICK 5 ticket in the area designated for signature, a NEBRASKA PICK 5 ticket shall be owned by the bearer of the NEBRASKA PICK 5 ticket. When a signature is placed on the NEBRASKA PICK 5 ticket in the place designated, the person whose signature appears in such area shall be the owner of the NEBRASKA PICK 5 ticket and shall be entitled (subject to the validation requirements in Reg-805) to any prize attributable thereto.
The Nebraska Lottery shall not be responsible for lost or stolen NEBRASKA PICK 5 tickets.
