Section 316-24-110 - BUSINESS ENTITY110.01 Business entity means an arrangement to operate a commercial enterprise, regardless of the form of organization. Business entities include corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies (LLCs'), joint ventures, cooperatives, and syndicates.
