Section 298-4-002 - CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD CHECK002.01 Any credential holder randomly selected to submit, along with the application for renewal, two copies of legible ink-rolled fingerprint cards or equivalent electronic fingerprint submissions to the Board will be notified by certified mail no later than June 30 of the year in which the credential holder was selected for the criminal history record check.298 Neb.
