The Commission shall prescribe the form of the registration certificate, the Public-offering Statement, and the Registration of Escrow Account. Each registration certificate shall have placed thereon the seal of the Commission. It shall be the duty of the developer to display his or her registration certificate conspicuously in his or her place of business. The Public-offering Statement form and the Registration of Escrow Account form are attached hereto as Attachments 3 and 4, respectively.
