All applications for real estate broker's or sales person's original licenses must be filed in the Office of the Real Estate Commission and the applicant approved in accordance with the Nebraska Real Estate License Act prior to the date of examination. All applications to re-take an examination must be filed in the Office of the Real Estate Commission and the applicant re-approved in accordance with the Nebraska Real Estate License Act prior to the date of re-examination.
