A pamphlet, website or other communication tools explaining the procedures for registration of mares and stallions, certification of foals, and the basis for classification of Nebraska-bred foals will be made available by the Nebraska Thoroughbred or Quarter Horse registry to all interested parties. All matters contained in said communication will have been approved by the Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission.
