The Commission may impose probationary sentences on licensees. Any licensee who by an overt act of commission or omission violates any of the Rules and Regulations of the Commission during the period said licensee is subject to any probationary sentence, shall thereupon have said license revoked and shall be referred to the Commission for further action.
