Mileage expenses, as allowed in this chapter, shall be funded from the program established for Commissioner's expenses.
The total amount authorized for reimbursement of Commissioner's expenses in any fiscal year, including mileage, shall not exceed the total funds that are appropriated to the program established for such expenses .
