The Chief Counsel and all permanent employees of the Commission shall be full-time employees of the state, and as such, shall be entitled to benefits under the Nebraska State Employees' Retirement System and the State Group Benefits Program.
The payroll and the other personnel/fiscal affairs of the Commission shall be generally administered by the Chief Counsel, under the management authority of the Commission.
