Section 70-6-001 - Chief Counsel

The Commission shall appoint a Chief Counsel, who shall act as the lead attorney and chief administrative officer of the Commission.

001.01 Term

The Chief Counsel shall serve at the pleasure of the Commission.

001.02 Salary

The salary of the Chief Counsel shall be set by the Commission.
