Section 70-12-002 - Petition Consideration and Disposition

Within 60 days after submission of a petition, the agency shall:

002.01 Deny the petition in Writing, sating-its reasons therefor;

002.02 Initiate rulemaking or regulationmaking proceedings in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act;

002.03 If otherwise lawful, adopt a rule or regulation.
