Section 285-3-018 - OPENING STATEMENTS: ORAL ARGUMENTS: BRIEFS

Opening statement and oral argument following the close of presentation of evidence will not be permitted unless specifically requested by the Board or its hearing examiner. Any party wishing to submit a brief of the matter presented at any hearing may do so.
